Return Policy

Full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase in original factory-sealed carton/box.

Open merchandise may be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase in original carton/box complete with manual(s) and accessories.

  • Restocking charges will apply on returns of "incomplete products".
  • Returns past 90 days may be treated as trade-ins.
  • Additional charges will apply to returns of merchandise requiring second delivery and/or installation.
  • Merchandise not readily serviceable will be replaced during its warranty period.

    No returns on open headphones.

    Due to sanitary reasons, headphones can only be exchanged for the same product if defective and can not be returned for refund once original packaging is opened.
